Freshly baked bakery is always dairy free, always nut free, vegan friendly with gluten-free options! We have developed amazing recipes that use primarily organic ingredients to craft delectable desserts. Our motto is to provide beautiful desserts that everyone can enjoy for a worry-free celebration. Our Story

Overview

Freshly baked located in Polokwane, Ramongwana. Is a new, upscale bakIng business focusing on providing organic, healthy and/or premium food products. Our product line fits nicely with health trends nationwide – while people still want pastries and baked goods, they want them to be as healthy as possible. We aim to offer our products at a competitive price to meet the demand of the middle-to higher-income local market area residents. With constantly rising of prices, we bake affordable tasty products within the village of Ga-Ramongwana. We bake variety of baking products, like scones, muffins, scones, cakes.. etc. We plan to reach out to all people of Ga-Ramongwana village and across. Vision Freshly baked is a start up and its a small business with a plan to grow to a big bakery store that supplies other small business like (spaza shop, kota shop with goodies and bread in the near future. We also plan to buy our own transport to simply buy stock and make deliveries to other stores in the growth process, we plan to buy all needed machinery for the business for faster production and services. Goal Our goal at freshly baked is to reach out to neigbouring villages to maximize our profit. We also desire to create employment in the village and develop the skills of young people around and also to help people who lost their jobs due to covid 19. When the business is fully grown, we planning to open other branches of Freshly baked in other villages, towns, cities and provinces, we want to reach to our target markets during all marketing systems

Delivery & Returns

We are currently not offering delivery except for special events or tiered cakes valuing R2000 or more. Order Early For custom decorated desserts, we recommend ordering at least 3-6 weeks in advance. Placing your order as soon as possible is suggested to ensure your desired date is available. For orders with less than 2 weeks’ notice, design options, sizes, and flavors maybe limited. We rarely can accommodate rush orders. Refund Policy Freshly baked Bakery will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once a cake has been picked up/delivered and “Accepted” by you or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will Out of the freshly baked bakery provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our possession. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered. We only give refunds if the product does not meet the flavor, size, and general description detailed above.
